Healthy Cinnamon Pancakes
Baby-led weaning, Toddler, Kid, Adult
2 bananas
2 eggs
1 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp honey (skip for babies)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
Coconut oil
Blend everything except the coconut oil into a batter. Fry in coconut oil 2 minutes on each side until golden. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with fruit. Dig in.
